Tony Di Bona is the Chief Financial Officer of Alloy Ventures. His career in venture capital started in 1988 after having served as CFO for an Australian firm, Dick Smith Electronics, Inc., in opening its American operation. He received a BEc, majoring in accounting and law, at Sydney University (1982). Mr. Di Bona is in charge of all finance, accounting, and computer operations for Alloy Ventures, and assists in financial due diligence. He also assists portfolio companies with their accounting, financial reporting, and computing systems. Mr. Di Bona is an expert in the use of small computer systems, networks, and the Internet. He will play an increased role in finding and examining opportunities in computer-related markets.
