David Pezeshki joined the firm as Controller in July 2003. Prior to joining Alloy, David was a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP. While in public accounting David spent time working with public and private companies assisting them with tax, accounting, and financial consulting. David received a B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University (1999 & 2001). David is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
